Piolo Pascual's Lovers in Paris is a remake of a Korean telenovela of the same title. They'll tell the story of Vivian, Carlo, and Martin all over again, this time with a Filipino twist.

Piolo Pascual Spilled His "Secret" Role in Maruja

The people behind the production of Maruja has been mum about Piolo Pascual's role in the series. They said that Piolo has been part of the cast since day one, but they have to keep it a secret from everybody else. Even Piolo's role is supposed to be a secret.

But Piolo gave it all away with a slip of tongue.

Piolo's role is Gabriel - but he isn't supposed to say. Right now, the viewers are led to believe that Derek Ramsey is Gabriel. The twist in Piolo's character is now not a suspense anymore, but everything's not lost, so it seems.

Piolo Pascual to Appear in Maruja

Piolo Pascual will be back acting on TV, this time with Kristine Hermosa via Maruja. Piolo will play a guest role in the series. He'll appear in Maruja's dreams and he'll be the third man who will boggle Maruja's mind. Piolo will be seen in the series starting June 20.

This one's a short stint but it will surely be worth watching. Piolo Pascual is reunited with another Star Magic talent, Kristine Hermosa. Their last soap together was Sa Sandaling Kailangan Mo Ako, which was aired 10 years ago.

How about a Kristine Hermosa - Piolo Pascual starrer? Be it a movie or a TV series, it will surely be a hit. Fans are petitioning for it. Piolo described Kristine to be very beautiful. Lovers in Paris Targets June as Airing Date

Piolo Pascual said that he and KC Concepcion are continually working on the Lovers In Paris set to get the show all canned up. The target airing date would be in June and if everything works out good, the series should hit the boob tube by then.

Piolo said that they're taping every other day right now. However, he and KC still have international obligations to fulfill so it's going to be a tough schedule for both of them in the coming days. KC will go with her mom Sharon Cuneta for her US tour and him back to France for the Cannes Film Festival. The festival runs from May 13 to 24 of this year.

Working with Piolo Pascual is Humbling

Zanjoe Marudo is part of the cast of Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion's Lovers in Paris. He plays third wheel, Martin. Zanjoe said in an interview that working with Piolo is a humbling experience for him.

Piolo Pascual Headed back Home, Paris Shoots Finished

Despite the cold, Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion weathered the elements to finish the shoots for Lovers in Paris. Piolo is headed back home while leading lady KC Concepcion will go to Rome to meet with some important UN officials. KC serves as the international ambassador for food and hunger.

Piolo will be back in the country only to leave again for Canada and the US for the Heartthrobs tour. The show will still be with Sam and Pokwang, along with John LLoyd and Bea as guests. Lovers in Paris is generally done. The first two weeks of its episodes are ready for playing. However, the real broadcast date won't be any time soon.

The Lovers Take Paris by Storm!

A Taste of Vivian and Carlo

For everybody else who's excited, Piolo and KC will fly back soon to resume the Manila taping of Lovers in Paris. Right now, they're still working day after day after day in the City of Lights because the story practically starts off there.

In just a few days, Piolo and KC will be back. Fans are missing them but it's all for a good cause. Lovers in Paris would soon be aired in ABS-CBN, although we can expect that the play date would be during the second or third quarter of the year. The two will also have a movie together. It was even reported that the movie will come first before the teleserye.

KC said she'll tour Piolo during their free time, although chances for that is slim. But if they do find the time, KC would take Piolo not to the tourist spots of France but in the small beautiful places that only Paris people know about. Piolo will be out for 3 Weeks

Piolo Pascual's fans will miss him anew. The hunk of an actor will be away for three straight weeks. But the wait would be worth it. He'll be with the megastar's daughter, KC Concepcion to shoot some scenes in Paris for their upcoming teleserye, Lovers in Paris.

Piolo and KC Off to Paris

Together with Zanjoe Marudo, Piolo and KC are counting the days till they'll fly off to Paris for their teleserye, Lovers in Paris. This one's a remake of the Koreanovela hit of the same title.

Piolo said he's the one that did a little more convincing to KC to accept the project. KC don't have to do a teleserye, he says. But it's going to be a good experience for her. Besides, it is one way to visit her second home, which is Paris.

He even said that this is one chance that they can be themselves and even ride the train. Piolo and KC's first Shooting Day

With the production in full swing, there's no stopping Lovers in Paris, Piolo Pascual's official comeback to the prime time block this year. However, this one's not going to be aired up until the latter part of the year. Piolo and KC had started shooting the Manila shots and they would soon be flying to Paris for a few scenes.

Piolo said KC's eyes light up whenever Paris is mentioned. She even promised the heartthrob that she'd take him to her favorite places, her school, the Louvre, and even the cafe she frequents. KC spent five years in Paris. It's where she studied college. Doing the soap is KC's chance to revisit the place which was once her home.

"Maria Mercedes" could be Piolo Pascual's Next Soap on ABS-CBN

"Maria Mercedes" is a Mexican telenovela starring Thalia, the same actress who played "Marirmar" and "Maria la del Barrio". Rumors has it that Piolo Pascual will play as Maria Mercedes' love interest, who will be played by none other than Angel Locsin.

If this soap pushes through with Piolo Pascual as the leading man, this will be Piolo and Angel's second team up in a soap opera after the very successful "Lobo". "Lobo" topped the July Nutam Ratings. It is hoped that Maria Mercedes will duplicate the success Lobo enjoyed.

Maria Mercedes will star Edu Manzano, Cherie Gil, Nancy Castillogne, and Nina Jose among others. This new soap is expected to be aired in 2009.

Lobo Episode 7/11: Noah and Lyka Live Happily Ever After

Six months of viewing Lobo in primetime has lapsed. The fantasaserye is now over. Noah, played by Piolo Pascual, tried to save Lyka from his cousin Anton. Lyka went to see Anton to stop him from his evil deeds. Noah was shot by Anton in the conflict. Lyka begged for Anton to kill him as well. Lyka shot herself with Anton's gun, while he's holding it. Anton don't know what to do and went out of his mind. Lyka took the chance to take Remus' stone from his body, causing him to disintegrate.

While it seems to be a tragic ending, both Noah and Lyka were alive after the ordeal. The story ended with Nessa's marriage to Rodolfo and Lyka's conception of a baby. I hope to see more of Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin in the future.

Lobo Episode 7/9: Noah Planning on an Attack

Piolo Pascual, who plays Noah Ortega in Lobo, an ABS-CBN primetime teleserye, asks for the approval of Lyka, his wife, to extinguish his cousin antagonist, Anton. Anton is reaping seeds of terrorism all around him in the quest to build the new world. He wants a world where he's the most powerful and the most supreme human being. Piolo would kill Anton with the use of the bullet made with his own blood. Piolo's blood can be made into a toxin against werewolves, which is Anton and Lyka's race. Lyka is having doubts about his plan.

The story of Lobo is set to end tomorrow night.

Lobo Episode 6/25: Noah Vows To Change Fate

Trixie told Noah, (Piolo Pascual) that his and Lyka's wedding is not meant to be that's why Lyka lost her human form. Trixie, with her powers to see the future, says Noah can't do anything about it but to accept it. But Noah won't take anything of it. He resolved to change his and Lyka's destiny, whatever it may brings.

Lobo Episode 6/25: Noah Still Worried about Lyka's Disappearance

Noah, played by Piolo Pascual in ABS-CBN's Fantaserye hit Lobo, turned to alcohol as he become frustrated days after he still can't find his wife, Lyka. Lyka was abducted by Anton, who desperately tries to restore her back to human form. She seemed to have become wolf for good after her wedding to Noah. Anton blindly loves Lyka and wants to keep her away from Noah.

Noah dishes out his frustrations on Gabby, his best friend who apparently have feelings for him too. Noah doesn't know that Gabby knows where Lyka is. But she isn't going to tell because she secretly joined Anton on a plot that would divide werewolves and humans forever, in the hope of having Noah for herself.

In his grief, Noah remembered how Trixie was able to predict the things that would befall, saving his life in the process. He sought Trixie and asked him to help him find Lyka through her powers of premonition.
