Lover's in Paris Had the Third Highest Rating in December

The Piolo Pascual - KC Concepcion telenovela "Lovers in Paris" ended 2009 with a bang. Their show finished 3rd among ABS-CBN's shows in December. They were only next to "TV Patrol World" which took the second place and the undisputed top rater "May Bukas Pa".

There has been a buzz that Piolo and KC are supposed to make a movie together, which is actually planned first before the soap. However, it seems that won't materialize anymore as Piolo's next movie project is supposed to be with Zaijian Jaranilla or Santino of "May Bukas Pa"

Piolo Pascual's new album "Decades" include the song "Babe I Love You". This song was chosen to be John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo's new post valentine movie of the same title.

No, it’s a not a film he’s shooting for. He’s using his camera lenses for charity. In partnership with Sun Life Financial Philippines, Piolo Pascual has created a calendar called SunPIOLOgy 2010. Piolo Pascual is also a photography buff more than a heartthrob and a movie star.

Piolo shoots landscapes and locations and lots of other things that interest him. Piolo shoots for the benefit of Hebreo Foundation an organization that he has created and supports himself.

Piolo Sings at Roselle Nava's Birthday

Piolo Pascual gave one big favor to an old friend, Roselle Nava. Roselle Nava started at ABS-CBN who is also a regular at ASAP. She recently got married and one of her wedding wishes to have Piolo Pascual sing at the ceremony.

Well, her dream came true as Piolo sang Jim Brickman's The Gift. Roselle Nava tied the knot with Allen Tan at the Manila Cathedral last January 17.

Piolo's redition of The Gift was a promise fulfilled. Roselle Nava thought it was a great surprise though because she never expected Piolo to be true to his promise.

However, rumors had it that Piolo Pascual was not the Aquino family's first choice for the role. They have picked John Lloyd Cruz but sources say he turned it down. It could be because he had initially accepted the role of Rene Cayetano in the same series. Rene Cayetano's life story was played a week before the Ninoy and Cory Aquino story.

The cast includes Dimples Romana as Imelda Marcos, Jodi Santa Maria as Kris Aquino, Gloria Diaz, Jim Paredes, Karla Humphries, and many others. It is a star-studded presentation that is bound to be one of the show's best episode of all times.
