Piolo Pascual's Health Regimen


When asked what makes him look good and feel good, Piolo Pascual said that his health regimen is quite simple. He said that he doesn't eat pork, beef, or rice. He eats sushi at times though, and that's an exception. For carbs, fiber, and vitamins, he go for banana. Piolo also regard sleep as a very important element so he makes it a point to have at least six hours of sleep everyday.

This is what Piolo said in an interview among celebrities, athletes, and even health professionals in line with the Hearth Month celebration this February.
