After his much publicized break-up with KC Concepcion, Piolo Pascual is ready to move on and do something relevant this Christmas Season. Star Magic has placed him on the foreground with their yearly fundraising program to help poor kids and deprive families not just to celebrate the up coming holidays in a much lighter mood but probably, change their lives forever.
